Bilibili is a dual-primary listing company on both the Nasdaq Global Select Market in the United States and the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange in Hong Kong.
Since March 28, 2018, Bilibili’s American Depositary Shares (ADSs) have been listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market, under the symbol “BILI.”
On March 29, 2021, Bilibili was secondary listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, under the stock code “9626.” On October 3, 2022, Bilibili voluntarily converted its secondary listing to primary listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.


Bilibili’s fiscal year ends on December 31.
